Fantastic experience: Average Joe’s was a great experience for my family and I. The coaches were amazing, and the owner Brian is top notch! Highly recommend this box if you are visiting the Gulf Breeze/Pensacola area!! We will definitely be back if we head back to Pensacola.

Fantastic experience: I started CrossFit in July of 2018, since then I’ve been to three different boxes for nothing other than relocation and convenience for my family. I’ll be honest I was pretty nervous coming here for several reasons, however, that quickly went away after the first day. The coaches go through every movement ensuring you have proper form. The warm-ups/mobility are very thorough. Its the best part of the class for me because, I really enjoy the expanded range of motion and elevated body temperature before the workouts. The environment here is just overall amazing. Everyone here has pushed me to be better in some way. You really won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I started CrossFit a year after having my son. I was pretty scared at the concept of CrossFit, but I knew it'd be a gateway to lifelong changes if I could get on board. The staff and members immediately took me in and became invested in helping me get better- whether it was a coach having me come in early to work on kipping or a member helping me with tips that helped her learn to drop under the bar more efficiently. But the physical improvement wasn't all. We gained a community of like-minded people to enjoy our time with. You don't just get a gym here; you get a family.

Fantastic experience: This gym has become a family for me since I moved here in August. The coaches a phenomenal and really make you push yourslef to your full potential. They offer a free week for new customers.

Fantastic experience: When my husband and I moved here a couple of months ago, finding a new CrossFit community was a top priority. At Average Joe's, we felt welcomed right away! The programming is great and everyday I feel challenged to get out of my comfort zone and push myself. I struggle with the Olympic lifts, but the coaches are knowledgeable about the mechanics and help me daily with my form and confidence when lifting. Everyone is encouraging and it's a fun and motivating environment to work out in!
