Fantastic experience: I couldn’t find a better place to start my fitness journey! I love that they are pet friendly. Also, I am coming with my mom, which is 80 years old and the trainers dedicate their time to help her adjusting every exercise to her begging level. Additionally, they have small groups so it feels like working out with the family. There is no gym in the Cypress area like this one. My mom and I love it!
