Fantastic experience: I joined Einhorn CF in November of 2020. I was brand new to CrossFit as well as the people. Everyone is very friendly and the workouts are challenging! The coaches do a great job of giving advice and direction. There are “scaled” modified workouts for athletes of of all skill levels. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else ????????????

Fantastic experience: Einhorn CrossFit has been a fantastic experience. I’ve been doing workouts here for a little over two months now and have absolutely enjoyed every one despite feeling like death after each workout XD. The coaches are fantastic! They breakdown each workout, gas you up and most importantly correct improper form. The community here is also very down to earth and welcoming. Definitely a 5 out 5 gym and would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: About to lay down some real talk. This is going to be a longer review for people who want a detailed no-nonsense review. I always had my reservations about CrossFit. As a guy who used to be into strict form lifting and powerlifting, I always heard about how dangerous CrossFit was due to people not using correct form. There is also the stigma of people with really big egos I can't speak for all CrossFit gyms, but I can say for certain, this is not that gym. Curiosity got the best of me and I decided to check it out as they just opened up down the street from me. First things first...the owners are AMAZING!! Grant and Taylor are really great down to earth people with a passion for not just fitness, but for their members. Their goal is to not just build a gym, but a community and it shows in their actions. Taylor is super proficient at her art. It is clear she has an in-depth understanding on proper form and is very good at scaling the workout for people of all fitness levels. Every single workout starts with a really good warm-up in which you get some time to get your body moving. Grant and Taylor watch you during this time always giving you suggestions on how to do the workout safely. Once you get into the workout, they watch you even closer to make sure you are not sacrificing form for intensity. They program their own workouts. No cookie-cutter workouts. They know their members and build their workouts around our needs. Needless to say, I am hooked. This is hands down the most I have been challenged in a workout in a very long time. I love learning the Olympic lifts. I love the intensity. I even love the people...Taylor and Grant have a vision of building a community...I would argue that they already have. Keep up the great work!!!

Fantastic experience: First of all, let me emphasize the elegance and professionalism of the owners and coaches. They simply do look professional (Athletic) and are fantastic people. These are not just basic ‘trainers’! You can easily tell that there has been a lot of work put into the creation of their programming. As for results, they are simply breathtaking if you just Show Up! Go check this place out! The people are friendly and genuine.

Fantastic experience: This gym is ALL about giving their members with the best! The coaches are absolutely amazing and attentive to each athlete. They make sure you're enjoying the workout, but giving it your all.
