Fantastic experience: Sara is the best trainer I have ever had! She makes everyone feel welcome, confident and prepared. There are classes for everyone of all levels. And the support from all the ladies is unsurpassed. We are like a second family!

Fantastic experience: These classes have something for all abilities from beginners to the super fit. No mirrors to help people feel less self conscious. Great group environment even though you’re usual king working alone at your station. I definitely recommend Sara and Fit4You.
