Fantastic experience: Great place to workout. Doesn’t matter what your level of fitness is, 1808 has you covered. They do a wonderful job scaling and modifying to what works best for you and your fitness goals. 5 stars for their attention to detail with the pandemic. They have multiple 12x12 squares for each person to remain in while working out with all the proper cleaning materials when you are done. Strongly recommended

Fantastic experience: I have seen myself grow here as a human-being farther than I ever would had I not joined. I have met some of my best, life-long friends here without question. I can fall flat on my face and know the people here will always be there to support me. Love this place.

Fantastic experience: I've attend 1808 for about 3 months now and have found all the coaches to be knowledgeable in their craft. There is always clear instruction on the workouts and movements to ensure everyone is doing the workout properly and at their own skill/fitness level. Highly recommend Crossfit 1808 if your looking for a Crossfit gym in the area.

Fantastic experience: This is an awesome gym with an amazing group of people. The owners are very nice and the entire staff is knowledgeable and attentive. I have been dropping in for the week while on vacation from Florida. I was glad to see a cross fit gym in the downtown area because I visit my family here yearly and didn't want to fall off of my gym habits. I would strongly recommend this gym to anybody visiting or looking to start training. I will definitely be back my next trip up!!
