Fantastic experience: My kids love this place. Gary is the best trainer

Fantastic experience: I have been training since 1980 I am 57 years old I love a challenge and I love to be pushed hard to become stronger every day . This gym has nothing but people of all ages driving to get better to get stronger add to become the best they can be with the help of the owner Coach mo (Gary Moniz) . He has help me to accomplish many of my goals and keeps me striving for more I can honestly say I look around the room and see everyone inspired to be a better person in and outside the gym. I have the upmost respect for him and his wife Jennifer Moniz. If you want a challenge or to be a better athlete / badass woman or just a Flippin beast come try out this gym! it’s definitely not for sissylals though !!

Fantastic experience: My son is 8. He was so nervous to begin working out at CEA. His fears of being there were conquered DAY 1!!! So proud of his hard work, dedication to working out with coach Mo, and even more thankful for coach Mo and his willingness to go above and beyond for his athletes, non athletes, and just for people in general! My son now brags to us that he can finish the monkey bars and do a pull up. He says it's because "I work out at Gary's!" This makes my heart happy! Thank you CEA for helping with Brody's confidence!

Fantastic experience: CEA is easily the best gym around regardless of whether you just want to just get in shape or be a dominant athlete. Gary is really good at helping people form diets and programs that fit individuals regardless of their strengths or physical limitations. Coach Mo forms a personal connection with the people in his gym that not only creates an extremely fun environment but also a very competitive one.

Fantastic experience: Gary is the coolest dude out there. Definitely pushes you hard to make the best out of your self. He knows what he is talking about and makes adjustments to your needs. You won't regret it! I'd rate 100/10
