Fantastic experience: I dropped in for a workout with my son while moving him into his apartment at DU. We both had a great workout and got some excellent tips from the owner/trainer (Lee). Fun and challenging WOD's on both days. I stopped back in on Saturday for the partner WOD before my flight back to Maryland. I will definitely be dropping in again!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with exactly the right vibe. Lee is hands-on and provides valuable feedback. Classes are well-balanced, not overcrowded as many CrossFit gyms are, and challenging. Highly recommend!
