Fantastic experience: This gym is top notch. The owner, Tom, is extremely professional and focused on running a great business, with attention to detail. The coaching here is excellent - a lot of training and thought is given to providing a high level experience. I learn something new every time, from the basics to the difficult. Points of performance on every movement are given and demonstrated every class. The programming is well thought out. The community is wonderful. I can’t say enough good things! Even after I moved, I drive 20 minutes to come here. A great gym is hard to find!

Fantastic experience: dropping in from out of town and tom gave me incredible service. changing around my times last minute when something came up for my job, etc......working out a 7 day rate for me......additionally the first coach liz..... was fantastic. im a decent crossfitter who can do all the movements, but i hadnt done muscle ups in a while and though i can do them 5 or 6 at a time, i could only do them with sheer strength and throwing myself, kicking onto the bar.....my kip was all jacked. she gave me on small tip... practiced with me....and after 3 tries, my muscle up was so much smoother

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing gym with great coaches. They make classes so much fun! The owner, Tom, is a great guy too. I haven’t been in CrossFit for that long so the attention to detail that comes from him and all the coaches on my form and ways to scale to get stronger while being safe is exactly what I needed. Also, scheduling is easy and time slots are made available throughout the day for open gym. Sometimes I can’t get childcare for the classes so this is a big bonus. I can’t say enough about this gym. I would definitely recommend it as I will be a member of this community for years to come! Love this place.

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing CrossFit gym! Intentional programming and great coaching- even in full classes everyone gets individualized coaching. Programming is scalable up or down (and each coach can help you figure out what’s best for you). Great community, clean space, and lots of fun for all the hard work put into workouts.

Fantastic experience: This truly is my favorite CrossFit gym I've been a part of in my years doing the sport. The owner & head coach, Tom is an outstanding human who genuinely cares for the well being of all his affiliates. The coaches (who are hilarious and so attentive) and programming are top notch... but I think the sense of community is truly what takes this place to the next level. I'm so happy I decided to join this gym!
