360 Iron CrossFit^®

Fantastic experience: I have always worked out in some type of way but have always been to scared to try Crossfit because it looked "too tough!" One day (10 days ago to be exact), I grew the courage to want to try it and began my crossfit gym search. I looked up all the reviews for the crossfit gyms in Columbus, GA and was super impressed with the reviews I read for 360 Iron crossfit and decided to try out a free class. As soon as I walked into the gym, I was greeted by one of the Coaches (Coach Adam) and he was super nice and very welcoming. I then was greeted by the Owner-Coach Marcus and he was also very welcoming and gave me a quick lay out of the gym before the workout. The workout was "Intense" and everything I needed! The Coaches were extremely helpful by correcting my form and taught me correct techniques I have been doing wrong all my life. Everyone throughout the workout was very Encouraging and pushed one another the full hour... I loved it so much I ended up joining and became a member at the end of class. The reviews were correct, 360 iron crossfit truly feels like a Family and I am so glad that I am now part of the family❤

Fantastic experience: I went for my trial day and got hooked immediately after. The coaches were so patient, inviting, and very professional. I felt very comfortable in this environment as a beginning CrossFit member. Also, the exercises were so versatile ranging from weights and cardio.

Fantastic experience: I've been to a few different Crossfit gyms over the last few years, and 360Iron is by far the best community I've been a part of. I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking to improve their physical fitness while being surrounded by so many great people.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here since July and I love working out at this place! I went to a CrossFit class years ago in Illinois and it made me dislike it, then my husband encouraged me to give another try and I’m glad that I did. I enjoy their program and it’s definitely worth every penny. The coaches here are very professional and patient with everyone, even the members are super friendly and welcoming. It’s definitely a vibe!

Fantastic experience: 360 Iron CrossFit has become my HAPPY PLACE. All the stress and sweat comes out and all the endorphins and encouragement come in! It’s a FUN place, is like a playground for grownups. I recommend anyone in the Army to come check this place out if you want to score a 600 on your ACFT test. Owners, coaches and members genuinely care about each individual member. They make everyone's current physical struggles, injuries, pains, or setbacks extremely important and figure out ways to work around them. Additionally, the coaches are focused on helping you reach your goals while also staying safe and understanding how to properly lift. The coaches go above and beyond for the members. I had to take a couple of years off from CrossFit after a neck injury and now one full week back-in I feel the type of comradery like I have always belong here. Thank you guys for the amazing welcoming!!!
