Colonial Heights Skatepark

Fantastic experience: At the soccer field. My son plays and loves to go. Always clean and we'll maintained. When concession stand is open on game days very nice people that work it.

Fantastic experience: Google maps directions will take you into a neighborhood and try to tell you to park in residential spaces; instead of following the map you should turn at the church like youre going to the concession stand for the highschool and park there instead. Colonial Heights skatepark is a really cool DIY space; plenty of room for cruising but also a nice set of ramps and pipes to be able to do some solid lines. Be careful on the half-pipe, just lookout for nails and screws since the surface is made mostly from wood. No nearby bathroom, so unless you're comfortable going in public find one before you arrive.
