Fantastic experience:
Fantastic experience: If you want a place with great coaching and the ability to learn something new this is the place to be. Jimmy is willing to help you become the person you want to be. The kickboxing class is a great stress reliever for people to come in and relax after a hard day. On the wrestling side of things for the kids, Jimmy is willing to make your kid become a better wrestler. He actually sits down with the kids and makes sure the kids know how to execute the move. Instead, of moving on to next move. This helps the wrestler become smarter, technical, and well rounded when competing in a match. The strength and agility classes that he offers help your kid become stronger, faster, and athletic wrestler on and off the mat. If you haven't been here yet I would highly recommend it because would you rather watch the change or be the one to make the change.
Fantastic experience: Great workout and stress reliever. Not only am i losing weight but i also feel better than i have in years. Jimmy is dedicated to helping you reach your goals by developing workouts to fit each person's needs. I highly recommend giving it a try. If i can do it anyone can.
Fantastic experience: I love this class. It is fun to come to, James makes it fun- you don’t even realize how hard you are working; because you are busy counting your punches and kicks. I lost 16 pounds with no dieting. I have since started to watch my food and I am now down 30 pounds-this combo of dieting and kick boxing is a real motivator for me. The girls at work laugh at me because I always say I am going fighting. Punching that bag is not only good for my body it is a great stress reducer. I also am sleeping better, wake up more rested and with increase energy. Give it a try the first class is free, so you really have nothing to lose but weight and stress.
