Fantastic experience: There’s two gyms in the building, one is powerlifting, one is CrossFit. I went to the CrossFit side about 2 years ago, the coaches are very knowledgeable, great with beginners and advanced athletes, with all the equipment you’ll need. I currently go to the powerlifting side, also equipped with everything you could possibly need. It uses a key fob so you can go to it 24/7. The owner, Joe, has plenty of credentials, and years and years of expirience in coaching powerlifting, and CrossFit. He’s always done real honest business, I’m also pretty sure he gives discounts to military/law enforcement. Overall, one of the best equipped gyms I’ve been too for both sports. I would recommend Iron foundry/Calvert CrossFit to anybody who is looking to start, or continue pursuing excellence in either sport.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING GYM! Great if you love powerlifting or strongman. They have everything including a deadlift platform w/texas deadlift bar, yoke walk, farmers walk, 3 squat racks w texas power bars, safety squat bars and all specialty bars like the spider bar. They have chains, bands, and a high competetion safety squat rack. Plenty of benches, 100lb plates, bumper plates, dumbbells 5lb-200lb tons of chalk, you play your music. Cables, lat pulldown, cable rows, pull up bar, incline bench, glute ham raise, and more. The best gym ever!
