CrossFit^® Merit

Fantastic experience: Best CrossFit gym in the area. Attentive, compassionate coaches are always there to make sure you’re safe but most importantly having fun getting some activity into your day! Community support can’t be beat! Great gym for any fitness level.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to CrossFit Merit for about 4 months and it already feels like home. The coaches are fantastic- really skilled, great at teaching, and they do a great job keeping the atmosphere fun and encouraging. I actually look forward to going to the gym and that has been a huge motivator. I’ve lost weight, gained strength and stamina, and I feel so much better in my day-to-day life. My daughter loves the kids classes and the personal training has been amazing. Can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re thinking about getting in shape this is the place to do it!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Merit since 2018. I stared just as a trial, not sure if I would be committed to CrossFit (I definitely had heard of some negative stereotypes) or the group is exercise thing. July will be four year and class is by-far my favorite part of the day. It’s challenging and fun in all of the best ways. The coaches and community at Merit are everything but stereotypical and what will keep me coming back, day after day for many, many years to come.

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to join a crossfit gym, but I'm so glad I did! Merit is awesome! I love the structure within the classes and all the coaches are amazing! Everyone I've met there is friendly and encouraging. If you're thinking about joining a gym, I would highly recommend Merit. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I was reluctant to try CrossFit as I saw the workouts and they honestly scared me. My husband joined the box and I was taking away by the ‘family’ atmosphere created by Jason and his team of coaches. I recently joined in September and I can say I’m hooked. The coaches are wonderful and very encouraging. They have pushed me to my limits but safely. My fellow gym folk are so supportive and awesome at all fitness levels. Jason is now one of my favorite people to annoy. ???? I’m now a gym head because of Merit!
