CrossFit 304

Fantastic experience: Great big clean box with lots of options for equipment…dropped in from out of town friendly members and coaches helped me jump right in on the wod with no issues…really liked how they had different options for the wod to aim at the different athletes…will def drop in again next time I’m in CRW

Fantastic experience: Jackson is the head coach and owner at the gym. This is 100% his baby and you can tell how passionate he is about it the minute you meet him. He offers competitive programming as well as scaled movements. As a chiropractor, I have confidence sending patients to his gym as safety is always his priority.

Fantastic experience: I travel for work and drop in a lot of gyms on the east coast and Canada. CF 304 was just what I needed to squeeze a workout out of my dad. Well-run class, good barbell coaching, clean gym, friendly people. What more can you ask for?

Fantastic experience: CrossFit 304 is amazing! Jackson is an awesome coach! He's really knowledgeable about movements and proper form. The best thing about this CrossFit gym is the community and the members of 304. From day one when I first walked in they were all so pleasant and friendly. It makes doing the workouts fun with everyone encouraging each other on. It doesn't matter what fitness level you are at each movement can be modified to your ability. If you're looking for a change or ever wondered what CrossFit was like I highly recommend you give CrossFit 304 a shot. You definitely won't be disappointed, plus you have nothing to lose when it's free to try on Saturdays!
