Fantastic experience:
Fantastic experience: Denise is fantastic!! She's great at keeping me motivated during personal training and working through rough moments with me. I feel much more empowered, courageous, and sure of myself from our sessions. I'm stronger and more self-reliant since training with her, too. Side note: She's diligent and thorough in following COVID-19 guidelines. Huge benefit to a small gym! Her paint and sip events are also top-notch!! 10/10 highly recommend
