Fantastic experience: I’ve spent a fair portion of my life in “traditional” gyms and have always wanted to try CrossFit. I walked thru the doors in Sept 2018 and I haven’t looked back. Not only fell in love with CrossFit itself but CF Aspinock! CFA has changed my life in some many ways and it’s bc of the community that comes with this amazing gym, the members are top notch!! Coaching is the cornerstone of a great CF gym and trust me when I say our Coaches are just that, the X factor, the incredible motivational tool to make you that much better than you were. Oh and you cannot leave out the ownership team who continue to drive this gym toward success. I’ve found my “forever” gym. So, if you couldn’t tell... definitely come try CrossFit Aspinock out, you won’t be disappointed!!

Amazing coaches that will help you work safely at your full potential, and a supportive community to lift you up. Plus yoga and CrossFit for kids.. there’s something for everyone! If you have ever considered CF and don’t drop- in you’re selling yourself short.
