Positive experience: Has a good range of weights and machines to choose from. Poorly maintained equipment, could be better. Since moving the cross fit location to another site, it seems there is little effort and energy put into this location by ownership.

Fantastic experience: Lots of free weights and Hammer Strength equipment. As a new member, people are friendly and I feel welcome. Locally owned and operated.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym and train here 5-6 days a week. It has everything you need if you want to stay in shape or take your body to the next level. Weights, punching bags, sauna, classes. They even run CrossFit gym right next door. It's perfect. The owner and staff there are awesome.

Fantastic experience: Went for ZUMBA ® certification class. Nice set up in the room. If I was local, I'd def be back for this gym. I liked how things were sectioned off. Definitely had a nice feel and vibe to this gym.

Fantastic experience: I love it! I get better workouts, the staff and people who workout are very nice. They have trainers if you need help, they have aerobics class at a certain time. A walk in is $10.
