Fantastic experience: WCG CrossFit is one of the most welcoming and warm gyms I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to. The coaches are extremely helpful and provide easy feedback which allows you to develop as you go. All the members provide a nonjudgmental and friendly environment which allows you to grow. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience here!

Fantastic experience: Love working out here! Atmosphere is very encouraging and fun and coaches are great - very patient and work with you to make sure your form is correct. Workouts vary so it’s never boring. Great for beginners too - Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: CrossFit WCG is a great community plus you get some kickass workouts in. Bill the owner and all the coaches are amazing. Never once I have I felt intimidated by any of the workouts. Everything can be modified to work for what ever level you are at. I have grown In so many ways since joining CrossFit WCG.

Fantastic experience: Still pretty new to CrossFit but honestly could mot have came to a better place to learn. Extremely welcoming and just the family feel. Weather you’re a pro or never had a class this is the place to go. They have people from top competitors to people just starting. The gym is just a comfortable fun place. Clean and has plenty equipment for you to reach your goals. The coaches here are very knowledgeable and always there to help.

Fantastic experience: I joined CrossFit last month and absolutely fell in love with this this place. The classes are fun and motivating, coaches are SUPER SUPPORTIVE, excellent workouts that challenge you regardless of your experience level. Well structured classes, morning and evening schedule that will fit in almost anyone’s/ everyone lifestyle. Highly recommend this location, coaches are great , facility and equipment awesome, huge parking lot and great family atmosphere !
