Fantastic experience: This is a really great box! Coach Daniel has an electric energy and pays attention to every member in the class. Programming is a lot of fun! Members are all very friendly and welcoming. Box is not huge but well equiped and clean. Heads up: there is no shower.

Fantastic experience: Love it! The community is great, and so are the coaches. Daniel has amazing and contagious positive energy. It's one of my favorite places to be. The programming challenges you too, which is what I'm looking for in my day to day fitness. Love this place!

Fantastic experience: The gym is friendly and welcoming. They're following all social distancing guidelines. Temperatures are checked before entering the building, no equipment sharing, designated workout spaces for each person and everything is disinfected after use, among many other things!!

Fantastic experience: I introduced CrossFit to Coach dj well over a decade ago… But what it feels like now is that I planted a “jack and the beanstalk” and he re-introduced it to me in a light and love that I never knew existed. He’s passionate, technical, personable, and loves what he does. Yeah, I’m a big fan. Robbie

Fantastic experience: I dropped in for the open 18.2 workout with my fiancee. Very friendly staff and great infrastructure. Special thanks to Kristen that set us up the day before and Sean who helped us to warm-up and get us prepared for the workout!! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, will definitely come by again next time we're in Santa Cruz!
