Fantastic experience: I have worked out in many different gyms and also with personal trainers. By far CrossFit East Cobb blows them all away. You get the best of both worlds plus a great group of people to get in shape with. It doesn't matter your fitness level because they will create a ramp program for you to be successful with your goals. Jason makes sure we have great equipment as well as bringing in new things that continue to make it exciting to be a part of this team.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to take a moment and post my great experience at the East Cobb Crossfit. The coaches are very pleasant, professional and helpful during each class. Regardless if you are a pro or new to gym they help you set goals and modify work out to your needs. The owner Jason is awesome and really has a great gym for everyone. Best Gym in town !!!

Positive experience: Owner was fast and friendly with responding to allow me to drop in. Gym had incredible programming...Challenging strength that played well into the WOD. However, felt chaotic when I arrived I was given little instruction to warm myself up until about 10 minutes into the scheduled class time (as a drop in not knowing the ways of working we need more guidance). Instructors seem to pay more attention to members then to the drop in. Coaches were friendly, but wish they were as hands on and attentive with the drop ins.
