Fantastic experience: Love it!! Warm, friendly, Christian atmosphere! The staff and the other members are super helpful and accommodating! This is NOT one of those intimidating gyms where you feel a moron for not being able to keep up! The coaches will walk you through the routines and modify them to your own specific needs with NO judgment!! I always look forward to the next time I get to go!! Highly recommend!

Every person has their own goals and aspirations, but at the same time encourages each member to do their best on a daily basis. You won't find better coaches or programming anywhere else.
