Fantastic experience: I dropped in for a quick workout and was not disappointed. Excellent staff here! The coach teaching tonight was also the owner, and she was fabulous. They have a lot of great equipment, and great community vibe. I highly recommend this CF box. First visit is free!

Fantastic experience: Aweosome little community here. I dropped in and Coach Mike was so welcoming and made sure I was good a few times during class. Everyone else in the class was very friendly too. Thanks again everyone!

Fantastic experience: Great place, owners work well with athletes. Good for all comers, no prior fitness needed. No cliques or back biting. Just good exercise. Edit: been going for almost a year now, this place is way better than I thought ????
