CrossFit^® Route 1

Fantastic experience: A great place to work out while having fun! I started Crossfit here back in August 2019. Always hated every type of gym work out... now I hit this place 4-5 times a week early in the morning and love every minute of it. All the coaches are VERY knowledgeable and will help you through every class, no matter what your skill level is. The environment is very welcoming for everyone. If you are considering starting working out (or just looking for a new place to go to) this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: This place is truly transformative. I went in for a prep class 8 months ago (a total CrossFit newbie) and signed up on the spot after years of thinking I could never "do CrossFit." The coaches are not only knowledgeable, but have an incredibly supportive energy that keeps you coming back every day eager to learn and do better than you did the day before. I usually attend a morning class, there's always parking (I come from East Boston) and the classes are never huge so even when you're clueless there's someone nearby to help and guide. Coach Aurora has an awesome way of explaining movements that makes you genuinely smarter about how your own body works—feedback is always individually tailored and expertly delivered, regardless of your skill level. Eight month in and I don't just *think* I'm fitter, I feel better and healthier than I have in years (maybe ever). Jared & Tracy have put in the work to make this place not just a spot to work out, but a genuine community to be part of. That's no small feat! If you're on the fence about giving CrossFit a try, this is the place that will prove you can do it.

Fantastic experience: Favorite CrossFit gym I've been to. This place has saved my sanity during the past year and a half. I can't say enough great things about Jared, Zach, Aurora and the rest of the coaches at Route 1. Simply the best!

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Route 1: My wife has been a member for two years and finally convinced me to join. After almost 2 years of having shoulder surgery I was nervous about how my body would react. My sports doctor approved me to workout. After almost 3 months I can say I’m so happy with the results. My shoulder mobility and strength has improved so much. Physical therapy helped me a lot but CrossFit made my shoulder stronger than ever. The owner and his wife and the other coaches are great! They personalize the training to your level. The people attending are very nice and encouraging. Thank you CrossFit Route 1 for helping get stronger and improving my overall health. Fantastic experience: I love this place. I was nervous about making the switch to CrossFit, having never done it before, and I couldn't be happier. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and work with anyone at any fitness level. The other members are supportive and there's a great team atmosphere, everyone pushing each other to get better. I can't say enough good thing about CrossFit Rte. 1 and I highly recommend it.
