Fantastic experience: If you are looking for an awesome trainer, Deena is the best. I have been going here for almost a year. I must say, this is the most consistent, I have ever been. The ladies here, treat you like family.

Fantastic experience: After having COVID 19 last year. Deena created me a meal plan along with very light exercises to help rebuild my strength. My training was via Zoom and she made my training a very personal, professional and hands on training. She knew exactly what it would take for me to get back to my normal self. She is extremely Passionate about her work and clients. Being a Cancer Survivor herself, her goal is to bring you into a mind altering healthy lifestyle, through Exercise and Nutrition. If you live in Chicago hire her as your personal trainer. If you live in Los Angeles like I do, hire her via Zoom. Which ever way, you won’t be Disappointed.

Fantastic experience: "Best Local Fitness Gym" Such a great fitness instructor, and she works with you on a daily. Helping you get to what shape you want. Also has everything I need to get in a good workout. Definitely recommend that you go here.

Fantastic experience: I have trained with Ryan on a weekly basis, I am pleased to already see a change in my waistline. Ryan is a very knowledgeable trainer and an excellent motivator.
