Fantastic experience: I am a 70 year old woman who was very intimidated with CrossFit but my daughter-in-law talked me into it and now I love it. The coaches are great and very knowledgeable. They design a work out especially for me every morning. The whole atmosphere is very welcoming, friendly and encouraging. I have belonged to several other gyms but this is the best! I have been there for several months and don't plan to quit any time soon. I highly recommend this gym to everyone, no matter what your age is.

Fantastic experience: Crossfit Excitment is the best gym experiences I’ve ever had. The coaches and the members are all extremely welcoming and amazing to work with. The coaches take there time to work with you in the movements and also challenge you to be your best self. I was very intimidated to start in the beginning but everyone made the transition so easy. Their schedule is convenient for working athletes, and the community is friendly and accepting. I would recommend to any CrossFit athlete at any fitness level.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending CrossFit Excitement since they opened in 2016. It has been the most rewarding athletic program I have ever participated in. Not only have a developed more stamina and strength than ever before, I continuously improve and develop new skills. What is great about CrossFit Excitement is how the Coaches make the work outs accessible for everyone and every level of fitness.
