Fantastic experience: Great people and the coaches are amazing! I was introduced to Crossfit here and fell in love with it because of the people. The first time I walked in the door at Sodality, everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome! Even on days when the last thing that I want to do is workout, I show up because I can count on the people around me and the coaches to get me motivated!
