Team Octopus Fitness Chamblee

Fantastic experience: I don't typically write reviews, but I am such a fan of the Chamblee location of Team Octopus. Richard is the BEST and has me enjoying my workouts more than I ever have in my life. Terrence is also a gem and has always been patient and helpful with any questions I have at the front desk. Everyone on staff that I have encountered is incredibly kind, and I feel safe and appreciated at the gym.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing! I am not someone who can self-motivate at the gym, or just go and work out. I need to kind of trick myself into working out, but the Cardio Kickboxing at Team Octopus is absolutely the best work out I have ever found. I ENJOY the gym here. That's literally never happened to me. I actually look forward to the next class on days I don' t go!

Fantastic experience: I have been doing kickboxing at the Chamblee and Sandy springs locations for 2 years now and I love it! It is such a fantastic workout and the coaches are all great. They offer many time slots before and after work for convenience and they have Saturday morning kickboxing as well. Highly recommend Team Octopus!

Fantastic experience: I love team octopus! It was my first time doing kickboxing and the instructors and team members were so welcoming and encouraging. They have so many classes that challenge your physically but also encourages you to go at your own pace. Everyone is so inviting and made me want to be in the gym everyday. Special shout out to Eddie and Chloe for making my experience there one of the best. Would 100% recommend!
