Fantastic experience: I loved my time working out at CrossFit Florian. The gym has quality people, programming, and coaching. Lots of great workouts and fun times.

Fantastic experience: Great group of athletes and excellent trainers. I dropped in for 3 classes and was welcomed by all. Next time I'm in Norwood I'll be back. Their shirts are pretty bad a$$ too!

Fantastic experience: Loved it. This is a real hardcore sweat Box. I traveled from Delaware for work and the since I already have a Box home I couldn't wait to drop in for a WOD. They invited me with love to join the punishment

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! It was my first time and they made me feel welcome and not ashamed. They took the time to teach me correctly so I would not get hurt. It is a great atmosphere and I cannot wait to go back.

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym almost 2 months ago without a CrossFit background. Everyone is very friendly and the coaches genuinely shows that they have your best interests in mind. Very glad I joined.
