Fantastic experience: Went to the gym as a drop-in from out of state. Everyone made me feel very welcome. Great facility. I’m fairly new to CrossFit workouts and Coaches Robby and Meg took the time to help me improve my techniques. Very positive experience.

Fantastic experience: It's the best Cross Fit facility I have used. The training is great and the facility is large and clean. Coach Robby cares about his members and makes sure his workouts are engaging. It's never boring and you get a good workout.

Fantastic experience: The coaches at AU are beyond fantastic: giving you that extra push when you need it and making sure you are pulling back when it becomes too much. They care about each and every athlete and help everyone celebrate even the smallest victory. I was a little hesitant about getting into cross fit at first, but I’m glad I chose AU as they have put me on track to be the best version of myself. The facilities are also incredible. Always immaculately cleaned, organized and in great working order.
