Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at Victor CrossFit for the past 6 years or so. I’m in better shape now in my early 40’s than I was in my early 20’s. The workouts are always varied, always different, and always challenging. The equipment is in great shape and has recently even been upgraded. The place is ALWAYS clean which can be unusual for a CrossFit gym. The crew I train with are literally one of the best groups of people I know. I’ve been working out with Josh Dawson - the head trainer/owner - for years. Way before he took over VCF. Great guy. Extremely knowledgeable. Will push you to achieve your individual goals.
