Fantastic experience: Great gym and great vibes from everyone, positive attitudes and atmosphere. Well thought out training program by Clay to help you be a better you. Everyone is very helpful and encouraging to each other- lots of motivation to help give an honest effort every time.

Fantastic experience: Great fitness experience! Clay has created the perfect atmosphere for improving yourself and helping you meet your fitness goals. Each class is purposeful and focuses on movements that will help you in your daily life. Clay meets you where you are, and helps guide you to achieving whatever your fitness goals are. Clay and the rest of the community at the Five are helpful and welcoming to all and keep you wanting to come back. This is the perfect place to start or continue your fitness journey!

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Highly recommend. The Five provides a great atmosphere for people of all levels to feel comfortable to achieve their goals. Each class has great workouts tailored to all backgrounds of fitness. This gym and the people give you the encouragement and motivation to get started and/or continue on a healthy lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: The Five is the best place to go if you want to get more flexible, learn better lifting form and get stronger. Clay carefully crafts each hour long workout to target a specific muscle group and is always there to answer questions you may have and provides modified options for someone who may be just starting out. Weight centric workouts were always something I stayed away from as I did not have the knowledge and experience to do them on my own. There was no judgment on not knowing a certain workout or doing a workout with poor form. All I received was positive re-enforcement and constructive teaching on how to correct my form. The Five provides specific workouts for you to follow and do alongside a great community of other hard-working and friendly people. Anyone from all experience levels will get a great workout and benefit their mental and physical well-being from joining The Five!

Fantastic experience: Well run gym with great programming. Clay keeps the workouts well rounded throughout the week making sure you get a full body workout including accessory work. The classes are versatile—catering to people from all workout (or no workout) backgrounds! Everyone is very helpful and welcoming ????????
