Cynergy CrossFit^®

Fantastic experience: I joined Cynergy after being at another Crossfit gym for a few years. I love their focus on technique, I am still learning new things and getting stronger. The coaches are wonderful whether you are beginner or a veteran. The thing I love most about Cynergy is the community. Everyone is so welcoming and makes you feel part of the group right away. I strongly recommend Cynergy to people of all ages and fitness level. You won't regret giving it a try!

Fantastic experience: I joined Cynergy a little over two months ago and I am so happy I did! I already feel stronger mentally and physically. The coaches are amazing and the other members have been so supportive. I had been thinking about trying CrossFit for a while but was always too intimidated, but there was no reason to be!! The coaches here teach you how to do everything safely and properly. My only regret is that I didn’t join years ago!!! Best thing I’ve done for myself!!!

Fantastic experience: I have never been consistent going to a typical gym. However, this class, which runs from April to September, has me hooked because it is held outside. I've also never been a morning person, but again, this class has me hooked, because there are no choices - it's 5:45 AM or nothing. I am always glad I went, no matter how tired I was when the alarm went off that morning. To have the exercise done before my family is even awake, is a great start to my day because I've done something for ME. All exercises can be modified to every athlete there, the coaches give consistent encouragement and positive feedback. Need I say more? Just sign up!!!

Fantastic experience: Hands down, the best gym I have ever joined. The support and guidance from both the coaches and other members is second to none. The Cynergy environment is truly for ALL levels of fitness. Do not join a gym until you try Cynergy!

Fantastic experience: Most people associate CrossFit with very fit people that have six pack abs and toned bodies because this is what we see on TV and social media. This makes it feel intimidating and you think I could never do that or look like that! At Cynergy CrossFit they have something for everyone. No matter the age or physical fitness level. Best of all there's a secret to the whole thing; It's in the community! Whether you have just gotten your first ever pull up or you just did 50 everyone will be there supporting you and congratulating you. You will come for the workouts and stay for the community. Other than that this place is clean and well organized. All the staff are very knowledgeable and they make sure everyone is safe. Definitely give them a try, who knows maybe you'll catch me working out (at 5am every weekday)
