Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for a little over a year. The coaches are INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and very kind. The community and culture that has been established is easily the best I have ever experienced. The facilities are very clean and well taken care of. The owners, Brian and Rachael, are very kind and very considerate of every individuals needs. If you're nervous about going to the gym for the first time, I highly recommend coming here. The coaches offer some introductory 1-on-1 coaching to help you learn. Also everybody in class is very helpful and supportive. HIGHLY recommend coming here and checking it out!

Fantastic experience: Very nice CrossFit box to join or to drop in while traveling. The coaches do an excellent job with warming up, going over the movements, and doing the cool down/stretching. The New owners are constantly adding new equipment to use on a monthly basis. The members that I have worked out with have ranged from beginners to seasoned veterans and they are exceptionally very nice group of athletes. Highly recommend to give this box a chance!! When arriving with Google maps, keep driving and turn right to head around the building. You'll see the entrance towards the corner of the building on the back side.
