Positive experience: I did their amputee CrossFit class and it was intense, but in a good way. I always felt satisfied with my body and abilities after completing a class. Great people with good energy. The instructors are physical therapists, so they know how to assist amputees. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with lots of equipment (especially since the new owners took over in 2020); friendly atmosphere and just a nice play to be on the riverfront.
