Fantastic experience: Crossfit Recon is friendly and welcoming! The instructors are all knowledgeable and help you scale appropriately if needed (which I do :) ). The workouts are always challenging and fun!

Fantastic experience: I love coming to the 6:15 morning class no judgement just a lot of encouragement and fun! The coaches are all excellent very motivating and always willing to help. I look forward to having fun with everyone during the open!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been working out here for almost a month, and I'm already in love with the place. The staff are super friendly but also very professional, the atmosphere in the gym is awesome and it really motivates you to come in frequently and work hard every time. This is a great place and a fantastic community to be part of!

Fantastic experience: I have love my experience at Crossfit reconstructed. I have been a member for 6 years. They go out of there way to motivate and challenge all gym members in relationship to their own fitness goals. The community feel is amazing. So amazing that I currently live over an hour away and still make a point to come to this gym! The coaches are knowledgeable and classes are efficient, well organized, and run on time! Gym is Clean!! Would recommend to all at any fitness level!
