Fantastic experience: Been going 3 years 3-4 times a week. Great community, everyone at own level. No shaming. Trainers are professional and friendly. I look forward to each session. Great workouts and such positive energy.

Fantastic experience: Amazing community. Came in with no crossfit experience on a friend's recommendation. Jeannie, Shane, Rob, Melissa, and Jess were all super helpful instructors who took extra time to insure I had correct form and motion. Unfortunately since I am still a student, I had to return to my university at the end of my break. Even after only a month, I left feeling like a member of the team and am sure to return again next winter!
