Fantastic experience: Great gym and great people! I stopped by this gym while visiting family. I needed a place to complete my workout during the Open competition, and they were gracious enough to give me a space to do it. A member of the gym judged me, and she went the extra mile to push and encourage me! Other members of the gym were friendly too. Open and spacious, it was a great place to work out!

Fantastic experience: Great experience at Caffeinated Crossfit. The trainers are careful and patient and help bring you up to speed at your own pace. Classes are challenging and you can adjust to your own level. There is a good focus on safe lifting and working towards your individual goals.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start, the coaches are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. There is awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the coaches here, they are eager to help and will take time to help you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they will get you there and further, while having fun. Members and the community are fun and supportive. The workout equipment and facility are always cleaned. The classes are programmed for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! Whether your a beginner or a cross fitter for years this is a fun, energetic, friendly quality gym. The owners and trainers really care about form and keeping you healthy. They do a great job of pushing you to be a stronger athlete. Love being a member here!
