Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed the classes that I have attended at FWF Wellness! It is evident that the instructors enjoy what they do & want you to enjoy your fitness journey! There is a great variety of classes so there is something for everyone!

Fantastic experience: Nicole and Jenn offer a variety of fitness classes that allow me to work out several days a week. I love the flexibility of participating in person, virtually through Zoom, or via recording to meet my schedule and preferences. The classes are always fun, and modifications are always available to accommodate my areas that need improvement. I strongly recommend trying a class if you haven’t yet- they will help you find one to fit your needs!
