Fantastic experience: Most people have preconceived notion’s about CrossFit. I know I did. But I think a large part of the CrossFit experience is the community of people that are willing to support you at whatever part of your fitness journey you’re on. CrossFit Sedalia has a terrific community and that’s what keeps me coming back.

Fantastic experience: Crossfit Sedalia is great for all ages and abilities. And when they put on a competition ... whether it's a fun in-house 2022 Open for the least of us to the greatest, or their Heroes in the Heartland, it is extremely organized and well done.

Fantastic experience: I was incredibly intimidated to start CrossFit. But day one of stepping into the gym, I received nothing but encouragement, advice, and great coaching. It’s become one of my favorite places to be. You’re surrounded by all ages of people, at all fitness levels, all giving 100%. It’s a gym filled with people that will both challenge and inspire you!
