Fantastic experience: Very professional, very clean environment my son has trained with Mike for over 8yrs Mike has brought the best out if him as well as being a good motivator.I would recomend honecker lifestyle fitness to anyone . Always improving with more equipment and new staffing great place.

Fantastic experience: Mike came highly recomended to me by a friend. We are both group exercise instructors with access to many trainers at the gyms at which we work. I watched many ,but was unimpressed. I was lucky enough to find Mike, and am very happy with his knowledge base, and his focus on allignment and injury prevention, and of course, strength building . Great guy and top notch!
