Fantastic experience: Very welcoming and friendly. I was surprised by how great the atmosphere was and how great everyone was towards people new to CrossFit, as this isn’t the case in all CrossFit gyms. The trainers really focus on form too, and genuinely care! Which I loved.

Fantastic experience: Clean, centrally located, competent staff and next to a frozen yogurt place to reward yourself after your tough workout! This place is overall great. I wish they had better parking but no stars off for that as it’s not a fault of the quality of the gym.

Fantastic experience: As a physical therapist and someone who is a regular gym goer - Hollywood Strength & Performance has some of the best coaches/people I have ever came across. Being a physical therapist, naturally, I am hyper-aware of technique and constantly analyzing risk for injury. After taking their classes and seeing their coaches coach I would feel 100% confident recommending or sending my patients to Hollywood Strength & Performance, especially if they are looking for a reputable, safe gym with amazing coaches. Can't say enough about these guys. Check them out & you 100% won't regret it!
