Fantastic experience: This is such a special yoga studio. Anil creates such a calming environment, giving students have the opportunity to get very intimate and aware of their breath and subtleties of the body. His breath workshops in particular are fantastic. I went to this studio for several months when I was going through a particularly difficult time in my life. The slowing down that I experienced in this studio was such a needed retreat. I felt like time and my thoughts just disappeared when I was there, and I had a break from the challenges that were swimming in my head. I moved away from the area after that time, but even years later, I often reflect back on things I learned there and have deep gratitude and respect for Anil's teaching and the healing it brought to my life.
