Fantastic experience: Goat House Crossfit is an awesome place for beginners and veterans. I have only done a handful of crossfit classes and still don't really know the basics. Sydney took the time to teach me proper form as well as scaled options to make sure I wouldn't injure myself but still get the most out of the workout. Awesome camaraderie and environment!! I had a blast and cannot wait to go back for another session!
