The coaches take their time to make sure you get a great warm up, understand the movements and program a workout that will challenge you at every level of your fitness journey! Good days, bad days, or days you think you will never finish that last rep....the positive coaching and supportive community will keep you coming back for more! Fantastic experience: After debating for over a year to join a CrossFit gym in the area, once I found this one , I jumped at the chance. I make a 25 min drive to and from most mornings and don't regret it. Thomas, Tyler, and Autumn are fantastic! They take the time to scale the workouts for me and others who might need lighter weight/easier way to do similar movements to still get a great workout. Facility is large with high end Rogue equipment. Also, the ability to tie in your membership with a membership to Movement Fitness in the same building is a great option for families.

Fantastic experience: I was able to experience the CrossFit Weld experience and was consistently impressed with the knowledge, dedication, and the personable nature of the coaches. The facility and equipment were also top-notch- we are blessed to have this type of facility available in the Mid-Ohio Valley
