Fantastic experience: Iron Hero has been a great fit for me! The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, patient, and willing to offer guidance as you need it. The facilities are clean and plenty of equipment for all to use. The gym does a wonderful job of making you feel like part of the community. 5 Stars all day!

Fantastic experience: I dropped in while I was looking for a CrossFit gym when I moved to this part of Omaha. I was instantly in love with the programming and the community. The professionalism of the coaches brings everyone to the next level. Its been almost a year now and I have been impressed by how far I have come with all the help from amazing coaches. Every person is different, has different priorities, different strengths and weak areas. The coaching team understands that and works with you to become a better version of yourself while providing constant feedback. During the workouts expect tips for better form and how to execute the movements efficiently. I have thoroughly enjoyed every workout with the fellow members of this community.
