Fantastic experience: I joined PCCF with the intentions of only doing it until my wedding. I started with zero experience and with the help of the coaches, I’m learning all these new movements and proper techniques. CrossFit has since become one of my favorite things now. The coaches and members at the gym are always friendly, supportive, and encouraging. I mostly do Dariela’s classes. I love that she pushes me to work my hardest. I’m glad to have been introduced to this community of stellar people. My wedding came and gone, and I plan to continue CrossFit at PCCF for years to come.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! Great coaches who are very welcoming, encouraging and supportive. I was intimidated as I started my first class, but felt so welcomed by the coaches and class participants. I have seen great increases in my strength and endurance over the past 8 months.
