CrossFit^® Adept

Fantastic experience: I was a member at Crossfit Adept for 3 years and have nothing but good things to say. The space is modern, clean, and very well-organized. The coaches and owner are constantly improving both the programming and the gym space, adding small quality of life improvements that keep the experience fresh and the people happy. Of course the biggest draw is the community: everyone is ready to celebrate your successes and help give you the push that you might need to work a little harder.

Fantastic experience: Amazing space, super friendly owner. If you happen to live in Verona and you like crossfit, just stop in and check this place out. I was very impressed by the style and the extra high ceilings. Overall it ranks high in my books and has everything you would expect from a crossfit Gym space.

Fantastic experience: I was new to Crossfit, and Adept had a great on-ramp class to ge me to speed. The gym was super responsive and worked with numerous coaches who were all fantastic teachers, which led me to join the gym full time. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I dropped in for 3 sessions at CrossFit Adept while visiting from Michigan. I’ve only been doing CrossFit for less than a year and this was only my first time dropping in at a different gym. That being said, I would definitely do so again when I’m in town. I contacted Jared and he was very informative and prompt. When I came for my first session I as amazed at their beautiful and clean facility and great equipment. I had sessions with both Jared and Nick and they were both extremely friendly and helpful to me, as I am still a beginner and definitely have areas I need to work on. I look forward to dropping in at this location again in the future!
