Fantastic experience: The best CrossFit gym in Westchester County! From the facility to the coaching/programming and most importantly the community, this is the best place to be!

Fantastic experience: It‘s my first time trying crossfit. The coaches here are very very nice and professional. Classmates in group classes are also very nice and friendly. It is an amazing gym! I had great time here this summer when doing my internship nearby. I will miss the gym!

Fantastic experience: Best gym, hands down. Not only is the facility huge, its also incredibly clean and laid out to maximize the size. The equipment is top notch--there is nothing you need that they do not provide. The coaches are knowledgeable, invested and helpful but also just really good people who inspire you to believe in yourself and push a little harder than you think you can. The DNA of the gym is is welcoming, friendly and supportive regardless of your personal or fitness backgrounds. My only regret is not joining the CF Result family sooner!

Fantastic experience: A great place to get the crossfit experience. Some crossfits can be cliquey and not so welcoming, but this place is for everyone even if you've never picked up a weight before. The coaches are all helpful and you'll always get an awesome workout in.
