Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a gym that allows you to diversify your style of staying healthy BMA is the place for you! I originally joined with intentions of just being able to broaden my horizons of using different equipment, but I quickly was immersed into a community and family atmosphere that opened my eyes to much more than I bargained for. Along with standard equipment you see in most gyms, they also offer many different martial arts classes, CrossFit style group work outs, and private training. Also since they are open 24-7 it allows you to train at any hour that fits your schedule. This place is top-notch!

Fantastic experience: This place is perfect for anybody looking to get in shape. They offer kick boxing and Muy Thai training along with a full selection of weight training and cardio machines. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. Very welcoming atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I train BJJ here and I use the gym occasionally. The gym is always clean, has a great assortment of machines, dumbbells, etc. Owners are friendly too and so are the regulars. The BJJ classes are taught by guys who definitely know what they're doing, and are good at teaching. Very friendly and welcoming if you're thinking of signing up
