Fantastic experience: Great crossfit gym! I love coming here, and the other members are very welcoming. It's worth a try for those considering joining.

Fantastic experience: This is a crossfit place not the tire place I was looking for but it ended up okay. I was trained enough to push my truck flat tire and all to the next tire shop which ended up being a dry wall company. Currently turning my truck into a tire shop so I'll keep you updated.

Fantastic experience: Best CrossFit Gym around. Period. All coaches/trainers are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Exceptionally clean gym. Positive and encouraging environment. Skill levels of members are varied and all workouts can be scaled up or down. I wouldn't want to train anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Crossfit Symmetry for over 3 years. The owners, Chris and Erica, have built a phenomenal community that embraces everyone that walks through the doors at Crossfit Symmetry. The coaches are knowledgeable and caring with the ability to accommodate individual needs. Crossfit Symmetry is a place I feel comfortable working at my level but where I am also encouraged to push outside my comfort level to reach new levels of success.
